3. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST - NO USCM MEMBER MAY USE CORPORATE PROPERTY , INFORMATION, OR THEIR POSITION FOR PERSONAL GAIN OR BENEFIT.
1. UNRULY BEHAVIOR DURING USCM ACTIVITIES. ETHICS STAFF WILL GIVE UNRULY MEMBER(S) ONE WARNING. IF BEHAVIOR CONTINUES, MEMBER(S) WILL BE TERMINATED FROM CURRENT ACTIVITY. IF BEHAVIOR CONTINUES GOING FORWARD, ETHICS STAFF WILL CONSOLE THEN SUSPEND MEMBER(S) UNTIL A RESOLUTION CAN BE REACHED.
2. INTOXICATION DURING USCM ACTIVITIES. IF ETHICS STAFF AGREE THAT A MEMBER IS INTOXICATED, THEY WILL BE TERMINATED FROM THE CURRENT MEETING. UPON RETURNING TO THE PROCEEDING USCM ACTIVITY, THE MEMBER WILL CHECK-IN WITH ETHICS STAFF TO INSPECT MEMBER SOBRIETY.
1. PARTICIPATING IN EGREGIOUSLY CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR. IF ETHICS STAFF BECOMES AWARE OF USCM MEMBER(S) COMMITTING EGREGIOUS CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS OFF-DUTY, MEMBER(S) MAY BE SUSPENDED OR TERMINATED DEPENDING ON SEVERITY.
2. PARTICIPATING IN POLITICAL EVENTS USING USCM IMAGE. IF ETHICS STAFF BECOMES AWARE OF USCM MEMBER(S) PARTICIPATING, MEMBER(S) WILL BE IMMEDIATELY SUSPENDED AND POSSIBLY TERMINATED DEPENDING ON SITUATION.
3. VIOLATING DRESS CODE. IF MEMBER(S) ARE FOUND TO BE ABUSING DRESS CODE POLICY, MEMBER MAY BE GIVEN A WARNING OR SUSPENSION BASED ON SITUATION.
THE ETHICS STAFF WILL BE IN CHARGE OF ENFORCEMENT OF COMPANY REGULATIONS. ANY COMPANY MEMBER MAY INFORM AN ETHICS STAFF MEMBER OF A REGULATION INFRACTION. ALL ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS TAKEN BY ETHICS STAFF MUST HAVE COMMANDER APPROVAL.
1. ETHICS STAFF WILL CONSIST OF AT LEAST ONE ETHICS OFFICER AND TWO APPOINTED MEMBERS.
2. ETHICS OFFICER AND STAFF MEMBERS WILL BE ASSIGNED BY THE COMMANDER
